- Technical educational background.
- At least 5 years of ICT knowledge and job experience.
- Firm know-how in Portfolio Management.
- Good working knowledge of ICT offering portfolios.
- Profound know-how of the T-Systems SOP.
- Good experience in presenting complex issues on Top Management Level.
- Sound strategic and methodological know-how.
- Excellent communication – written, verbal and presentation skills (on executive level)-
- Strong mediation skills, decision making ability as well as presentation skills – even in critical situations.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Strong negotiations skills.
- Profound commercial knowledge.
- High spirit of innovation.
- Hands-on and proactive working style.
- Strongly result-oriented way of working.
- Confidence and presence to deal with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
- Perfect English skills (written and verbal).
