You need to have a proactive attitude to identify problems as well as opportunities, take ownership of issues, build relationships with clients and be a key part of our growth. A mature minded person capable of working independently but with a team player attitude. Experience: Ideally, you must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Essential requirements: » In-depth Windows server build and management expertise (Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Windows SBS 2011) » Experience of building and maintaining Active Directory domains » Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, group policies and share permission » Strong Exchange server build and management skills » Working knowledge of RAID configuration and maintenance » Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking principles, firewalls, switches, VPN and wireless devices » Experience in designing and implementing server virtualisation solutions » Fluent English » Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving skills » Ability to achieve targets, communicate technical informational to a non-technical audience and good time-management skills |

Location:
The position is based at our office in Gibraltar. You must either live within a commuting distance or be prepared to relocate. Purpose: To manage the day to day technology operations of clients, ensuring availability and consistency of systems. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm Job content: » Maintain existing systems including servers, desktops, networking and applications » Deliver new solutions within agreed requirements, e.g. server upgrades and new applications » Liaise with clients on supporting current and identifying future needs » Document agreed technical solutions |
